Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Aetherium Labs ("we", "us") through aetheriumlabs.in, WhatsApp, email or phone. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown either inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated next to each price. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay. We try to keep descriptions, photos and prices accurate; if we find an error in your order we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when payment is received. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. For orders placed on WhatsApp, we share payment details after confirming availability. A GST invoice is issued for every order; enter your GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit.

Custom and made-to-order products

Custom products (for example heaters, keypads or assemblies built to your specification) are produced only after you approve the specification and quotation. Lead times are confirmed in writing for each order.

Use of products

Our products are components and engineering assemblies for professional use. You are responsible for installing and using them correctly, within their rated specifications and in line with applicable laws and safety standards.

Warranty and liability

Products are covered against manufacturing defects as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

Aetherium Cloud storage

Cloud plans are sold for the period you pay for (one month or one year). Free plans are limited to one per verified email address and are provided as-is. Storage accounts are activated by our team after email verification and, for paid plans, payment. You must not store unlawful content or use the service to harm others; we may suspend accounts that do. Keep your own backup of important files. We send renewal reminders before expiry; if a plan is not renewed, access ends on the expiry date and files may be deleted after a 15-day grace period.
