• Order details: products, quantities, amounts and payment reference numbers.
• Your cart and saved checkout details are kept in your own browser so you do not have to retype them. You can remove them by clearing your browser data.

Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered in Razorpay's secure window and are not shared with or stored by us. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to that information.

How we use it

Only to process and deliver your order, issue invoices, respond to your enquiries, provide support and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Our payment processor (Razorpay), courier partners (name, phone and address for delivery), and authorities where required by law.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. You may ask us to delete other information at any time.

Cloud storage

For Aetherium Cloud we keep your verified email, plan, payment history and the login we create for you. We do not open, scan or sell the files you store, except where required by law or when you ask us for help with a specific file.
